ボストンのバークリー音楽大学で編曲と管弦楽法を学び、卒業後はロサンゼルスに移りPat Benatar、The Boxing Gandhi’s、Colbie Caillatなど様々なアーティストと共演。2010年からは氷室京介氏と組み、アレンジャー及びギタリストとして楽曲制作やツアーに参加。2018年には氷室氏とGOSPELS OF JUDASを結成、1stアルバムをリリース。2017年以降はB’z作品のアレンジを担い、2019年からはサポートギタリスト及びベーシストとして参加し、確かなテクニックと多彩なサウンドでステージを支えてきた。
2023年には自身名義では初となるアルバム『Tales of a World』をリリース。多岐にわたるビッグアーティストへの楽曲提供やプロデュースも手掛け、その存在感を発揮し続けている。

Yukihide “YT” Takiyama studied arrangement and orchestration at the Berklee College of Music in Boston. He moved to Los Angeles and performed with various artists such as Pat Benatar, The Boxing Gandhis, and Colbie Caillat.
YT teamed up with Kyosuke Himuro in 2010 and was involved in music production and toured as an arranger and guitarist. YT and Himuro co-founded GOSPELS OF JUDAS, and in 2018 released their first album.
Since 2017, YT has arranged B’z albums, and in 2019 he began to support them on stage as a guitarist/bassist with his renowned technique and sonic versatility. YT released his first solo album, “Tales of a World” in 2023. By composing and producing songs for various top artists, he continues to expand his musical realm.
